The Hokies are in yet another exciting season of football!!!
The Hokies beat the Duke Blue Devils 36-24. Frank Beamer and the boys will most likely see a dramatic drop in the rankings, following today's rather unimpressive showing. As in last week's impressive win over Miami, Tyrod Taylor proved he has stepped up his game significantly since the rather dismal performances in the Alabama and Nebraska games. The Defense seemed to take a little nap this afternoon after holding Miami to just 7 points last week. Bud Foster will be sure to get on top of the guys before next week's game at Boston College.
The Hokies will take on the Boston College Eagles, next Saturday, October 10th. Before the game, Hokies United, will present BC linebacker Mark Herzlich with a check to help with him with his treatment for cancer in his leg. This morning on ESPN's College Gameday, Herzlich declared himself 99% cancer free. Thank God for that.
